The Noggin Knocker is an Uncommon magical item. It is a warhammer which instead of 1d8 bludgeoning damage does 1d8+1 bludgeoning damage.
A Noggin Knocker is available for sale in the weapons and armour store in Hogan's Knife for 380 gold. During the dropbear attack following the Lotto-Worthington wedding, it is taken while the shopkeeper is magically asleep, and is later carried and used by Plank.
