McKenzie's dissertation is the longform piece of work which McKenzie produced as part of the conclusion of her most recent graduate degree.
It is not known exactly what the dissertation covered. However, it is stated that it contained statements which were significantly racist against dwarves.
As a result of the backlash against the dissertation, McKenzie was instructed by her family to keep her head down for a while. This included going on benefits rather than being supported by her family, leading to her getting the job as security for the Chunky Bloke Pie Mine.
