Frikken Oath is the wife of Ken Oath, they Mayor of Bewdy Hill. She enters Clint Flicker's Travelling Beauty Contest and is granted entry to the tent, but is placed in the seventh circle after entering.
None of which tells you much about who Frikken really is. You can bet your arse she doesn't define herself based only on her relationship to Ken. However relatively little of her complex inner life has been revealed.
